We are a flatmate and a couple searching for a 2+ room house or sxs available to rent out in elmwood, eastern kildonan, or transcona. We require it to be pet pleasant as we have 2 elderly spayed cats. They are well acted and are clutter educated. We are eager to pay additional deposit on best of routine for our pet dogs. We are silent individuals which all work. I like yard work so we will keep the lawn looking wonderful. We have a terrific reference from our existing landlord. Never late on settlements or energy costs. We are really hoping to pay say goodbye to then $1000 a month plus energies, but, we are ready to hand over abit more if worth it.
