Satisfaction is their promise.Reporting to the President and CEO as a key member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Sales and Marketing function, and ensuring the integration of activities to achieve sales objectives of the organization. The successful applicant is responsible for maximizing sales through innovative strategies and development of their dealer network including the development of new marketing channels and initiatives. As the perfect applicant, you possess a Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration degree along with 5yrs of sales and marketing background preferably within a senior management capacity. You are a dynamic and effective planner that leads and motivates a team to reach desired results; possessing a keen understanding of relationship management and a strong belief in service excellence.
