This is a beautiful instrument in mint like-new condition at a great price. It wasn't available in this pickup configuration for a while but has reappeared in the Fender catalogue priced at $2000 U.S. pre-taxes. It has more tonal range and possibilities than the Jazz, was never stage used and has probably seen less than 30 hours of use overall. (Far less than a demo at a music store.)
As was noted on the Fender website: the American Deluxe Precision Bass guitar offers tons of tonal variations. The three-band active EQ, combined with a vintage Precision Bass pickup and special-design humbucking pickup, make this a bass that can cut any gig. It also has new, deluxe lightweight tuners with a lower gear ratio for precise tuning and smooth feel. Includes Fender case, strap and strap locks.

I will be happy to show it to serious potential buyers and you will not be disappointed. This is like its first day from Long and McQuade.
Why am I selling? We moved a year ago to a much smaller place and this bass has been in storage, in the original shipping box, since then. It needs to be adopted by a good home and played frequently. I struggled with even listing this one.
Picture #1 shows the configuration of the pickups. This is a 5 string, so the headstock is picture #2. It is in the traditional Fender Sunburst colour as shown in picture #3. Picture #4 shows the included custom case. This bass is in mint condition, it looks amazing and these pictures do not do this, traditional look bass, justice.
It must be seen. In fairness however, I must warn you that you may instantly fall in love with this bass.
