Shop Foreman - Agriculture Equipment (Treherne, MB) in Winnipeg, Manitoba For Sale

Job Description: We are currently looking for a Shop Foreman at our Treherne location to monitor and supervise a team of roughly ten mechanics and personnel. The company deals with the servicing and selling of various types of large and small agricultural equipment such as sprayers, combines, harvesters, planters, seeders, and other types of equipment used for farming. To qualify for this role, you must have experience working in the trade and some recent management exposure. Preference will be given to candidates who have a Farm Equipment, Heavy Duty Equipment, or Heavy Truck Mechanic License. Those who have experience with John Deere, Case IH or New Holland farm equipment will also be seriously considered for this role. Shifts: Days, 7:30am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday) Candidates should be flexible to work extra hours during the busy season.
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000/year. An excellent benefits package is offered after the 3 months probation and eligibility for profit sharing is implemented after one full fiscal year. Training and development programs are included to keep you up-to-date with the latest technology and relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate.
