I have one bedroom available for rent in my home on Garfield Street at Wolever Avenue. Located in the Westend Area, my house is only two blocks away from the Wolseley Area.
This is a wonderful neighborhood to live in. The streets are well-lighted at night and the area is close to the RCMP headquarters. The house is also close to schools, shops, grocery stores, laundromats, and major bus routes going Downtown or toward Polo Park and Unicity. This is the perfect location for university students and young professionals.
This room can be rented for $360 per month. The rent includes water, hydro and heater.
The room has closet space and it is furnished with a bed, shelves, and a small desk with chair. The room has phone/internet/TV outlets, so the tenant can order his or her own personal phone/internet/TV service directly into his or her room.
Shared amenities:
1) Bathroom with shower.
2) Kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dining table/chairs).

4) Back Deck for BBQ
Restrictions:
1) I prefer tenants with good rental history and employment reference.
2) No smoking inside the house, no pets, no noisy parties, no overnight/sleepover guests.
3) I will NOT be accepting welfare-recipients due to several bad experiences with past tenants on welfare.
