You are a proven performer in commercial and small business lending who would appreciate the flexibility and benefits in working for a smaller, growth oriented bank where you can really make a difference for the clients you serve. The Role: Manage an existing portfolio of customers in the Commercial and Small Business Banking segment. Structure and package competitive solutions to meet customer needs. Manage and develop relationships with current and prospective clients. Write credit applications with high quality of risk assessment, due diligence and credit presentation. Cross-sell the banks products and attract new customers. Monitor and control the portfolio including credit renewals and ongoing portfolio management. Be a trusted business advisor to your portfolio of clients. You and Your Experience: You will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial account manager within banking. You are a self starter with proven skills in effective client relationship management. You can multi-task and be an effective business advisor to your clients. You have demonstrated experience in writing credit applications and monitoring accounts. You are a proven team player who can function well in a smaller banking environment.
