Rare, attributed to soldier, unit marked, Canadian, genuine 1st World War period Leather Bandoleer (or Bandolier), 10-pocket, 100-cartridge capacity.Leather is embossed at the buckle end with service number 332876 and 15 BDE HQ, CFA and Broad Arrow C stamped at the opposite end. All ten pouches in field worn but exceptional condition. All stitching is tight with all flaps and brass fasteners intact, buckle is fully functional. Leather belt strap and brass ring stitched in the centre of the belt.Attributed to William Leslie Souter, 15th Overseas Brigade HQ Canadian Field Artillery. Enlisted May 9, 1916.
